  • 25% of donors plan to increase their donations during COVID-19
  • 54% of donors plan to maintain their giving levels during COVID-19
  • 47% say their volunteer activity will decrease or stop during the COVID-19 crisis
  • The top three preferred methods of giving for COVID-19 donors are:
    • Online: 80.5%
    • Bank/wire transfer: 18.6%
    • Credit/debit card via postal mail: 14.4%
  • 53.6% of COVID-19 donors are enrolled in a recurring giving program
  • 32% of COVID-19 donors have donated through Facebook Fundraising Tools
  • 10.7% of COVID-19 donors have donated through Instagram Fundraising Tools
  • 64.8% of COVID-19 donors say that regular email communication about the impact of their donation is most likely to inspire them to give again
