- 25% of donors plan to increase their donations during COVID-19
- 54% of donors plan to maintain their giving levels during COVID-19
- 47% say their volunteer activity will decrease or stop during the COVID-19 crisis
- The top three preferred methods of giving for COVID-19 donors are:
- Online: 80.5%
- Bank/wire transfer: 18.6%
- Credit/debit card via postal mail: 14.4%
- 53.6% of COVID-19 donors are enrolled in a recurring giving program
- 32% of COVID-19 donors have donated through Facebook Fundraising Tools
- 10.7% of COVID-19 donors have donated through Instagram Fundraising Tools
- 64.8% of COVID-19 donors say that regular email communication about the impact of their donation is most likely to inspire them to give again
